During the last 20 years as Managing Partner, Bob has guided his firm from a one office, $1 million operation to a ten office, multi-state firm with revenues in excess of $50 million. So he knows the challenges managing partners are facing as they continue to go through the various growth cycles of their firm. Unlike most consultants to the profession, Bob has had to manage and live with the implications of his firm's strategic decisions.
